Administrator
Odd Eyes Theatre is looking for a PART-TIME ADMINISTRATOR to ensure the smooth running of the company’s day to day activities.
We are looking for an assertive and easy going individual who is passionate about art and community work and is keen on working in a small team. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude and desire to grow their administrative and marketing skills within the arts sector. They’ll be someone who feels strongly about equality and diversity by speaking up and taking action, thereby aligning to the values of Odd Eyes Theatre.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible hours employment in a small, friendly organisation. The role will involve working alongside the Artistic Director and the producer to design and deliver the company’s marketing strategy, being the first port of call for schools, freelance artists and partner organisations, creating contracts, maintaining and developing the company’s database and financial systems.
Position: Administrator
Terms: Part time – 2 days / 16 hours per week flexible.
Contract: Fixed Term PAYE including pension: 6 months contract (initially)
Location: Remote working with occasional face to face meetings. Project activity: Hackney and Greater London
Holiday: 25 days pro-rata
Salary: £ 20K per annum pro-rata apportioned PAYE including benefits.

Essential:
- Must have a keen eye for detail, be confident working under pressure, be able to work independently and to prioritise work-load.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Word and Excel, and Dropbox.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms.
- Experience of value-led social change activities.
Desirable:
- Basic photo editing skills.
- Basic understanding of financial systems.
- Based in East London with local knowledge.
Training provided.
