PERFORMANCE COURSE

Free performance course for anyone aged 18-35 – all levels of experience.

Through this project you will practice your creative and performing talents.

Discover & explore your own process, add to your creative toolkit, and experiment with your ideas in a supportive & inspiring environment. Using your personal experience, you will develop a performance in a style and medium of your choice and learn about autobiographical writing, devising and script development.

There will be drama exercises and professional training to support, inspire and challenge you in this process. There will be three opportunities to perform. The final performance will showcase as part of Cally Festival 2025.

16 weekly workshops in Islington

Dates term 1: Wednesday 5th February to Wednesday 26 March

Break: all of April

Dates term 2: Wednesday 7th May to Wednesday 25th June

Time: 6.30-8.30pm on Wednesdays

Informal sharings: Wednesday 19th March & Friday 27th June

Cally Festival Final Performance: Sunday 6th July (there might be a rehearsal on Saturday 5th July)
