Odd Eyes Theatre is continuously looking to broaden its pool of creatives to provide relevant, meaningful theatre and film programmes to a range of learners and participants from the community through our Creative Debate programme.
We are currently offering opportunities to prospective facilitators to train with us by attending and observing our workshops where you will get to understand the Creative Debate technique and get to know and introduce yourself to our team.
Our work is rooted in Augusto Boal’s methodologies and aims to use art as a tool for social change. We are looking for artists with experience in facilitating participant-led work, devised and developed by the participants. The successful candidate will have significant experience of working with young people in secondary schools and youth groups.
