The Board of Odd Eyes has been at the heart of the company’s decision-making since its very beginning. The Charity operates an ongoing Trustee recruitment process to keep new ideas flowing and bring in valuable experience to help developing our programme and practice.
Our aim is to open up communication between people from all background and walks of life. We believe our Board should embody this goal with Trustees from different cultures, ages, personal and professional journeys.
We are particularly – but not solely – interested to hear from individuals with experience in:
- Finance and governance
- Theatre production
- Film production
- Fundraising
- Corporate relationship sector
- Marketing and communication

Interested individuals will be expected to submit their CV together with a short covering letter detailing why they would like to join Odd Eyes Theatre.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an informal interview with one of our Trustees and with the Artistic Director and to assist to the next Board meeting.
We also advise warmly to watch Odd Eyes’ live and filmed productions or visit one of our community and school programmes to gain a better idea of our work.
